一天24小时中有1／3都在办公室度过，坏情绪袭击而来时往往让人措手不及，要如何让自己随时处在好情绪中是一大课题。
1 敞开心房
不要总是认为在职场上遇到的人都是双面人，先将自己的心扉敞开，不求做到事事坦诚相见，至少摒除同事之间不信任的心理。少了互相猜忌，心里也会获得舒坦。
2尝试让自己笑
即使是情绪非常低落的时候，也可以尝试这个方法。做出笑脸，保持两分钟。多笑笑会慢慢感觉快乐，自我感觉也跟着好起来。
3积极融入团体
团体工作总比单独行动来得有动力，大家认定相同目标做事也会显得更有效率。讨论事情时也要积极发表，勇于将内心想法表达出来，因为没有人喜欢团体内有人独来独往。
4学会说“不”
当你事情已经超出能力负荷的范围，就不要再继续逞强了。如果对任何事情都说”Yes”，那么你就会由于每个人都依赖你而不堪重负、身心俱疲和成为牺牲品了。而且学会说“不”也是自我能力的检视，正视自己的能力未尝不是是件好事。
5拒绝八卦
办公室最忌讳之一就是八卦，八卦的出现就表示有小团体的形成，自然就免不了一轮批判与捕风捉影。久而久之，影响工作表现不说，自己的情绪也受到牵连，真是损人不利己！
6 不要力求完美
不要力求完美并不表示可以敷衍了事，只是世事难有十全十美，要学会接受不完美的事物，不要浪费时间和精力在不可能达到的高标准上。定制一些较实际的目标都会让生活过得快乐一些。
7学会释放负面情绪
人不可能事事顺心，总会有那么一两件事情让你感到不满、愤怒。学会面对自己的负面情绪，想办法发泄出来绝对比长久压抑真实情绪来得有益身心。前提是在不伤害他人或自己的情况下，适度地发泄自己的情绪。

Good news? Bad news?
